From a single interview to a story across several locations, filmed commissions are shaped around your people, purpose and practical needs.

A useful place to start
A few choices will help you explore the likely commission and budget. You can take the outline straight into an enquiry draft.
Simple from the first conversation
You bring the knowledge of your cause. We bring the questions, the structure and the craft.
Clarify the audience, the purpose, the deadline and what you need people to do. Agree a practical brief and quote.
Plan around your people. Film with care or work with your existing material, then shape a clear first edit.
Review the film, check facts and permissions, and approve the final version in the formats agreed for your project.
YOUR STORY DESERVES
TO BE HEARD.
Meet the person behind the camera
The Charity Film Co. is led by Rupert Cooke, a creative director and filmmaker with more than 30 years in the creative industry.
Rupert’s work spans charity, community and NHS communications. As a trustee of Nest - Helping the Homeless, he also understands the care, practical pressures and responsibility involved in telling people’s stories.
The Charity Film Co. is an AiSight Global Ltd offer, based in Halifax and available for commissions throughout the UK.
We agree permissions, safeguarding arrangements and any access needs before filming. Participation should feel comfortable, and nobody should feel pressured to share their story.
Before you ask
Yes, if the picture and sound are usable and you have permission to use it. Send a description of what you have first. The £295 offer needs a preselected set of clips and approved words; a large unsorted library or poor audio may need more work.
A film can help a funder understand your work when video is accepted, but it cannot guarantee an award. Check the application rules first. We’ll focus on the purpose, people and evidence, while your written application answers the funder’s criteria.
Simple English captions and one main format are included in the small edit and planner guides. Extra versions, translation, BSL and audio description need to be agreed and priced. Tell us who needs to access the film so we can plan the right approach.
Yes. We can travel throughout the UK, including an overnight stay when needed. Mileage, travel time, accommodation and other necessary costs are agreed before booking. The planner keeps production and travel separate.
We agree who will take part, what the film will be used for and how permissions and safeguarding will be managed before filming. Let us know about additional support needs early. Please do not include confidential participant details in an initial enquiry.
Your written quote sets out the scope, total cost, booking payment, schedule, revisions and final delivery. Production dates are confirmed through that process. If you have a grant or event deadline, tell us at the start so we can check availability.
Let’s find the story
You don’t need a finished brief. Tell us what you want the film to do and what you already have.

Review your enquiry, then send it to rupert@aisight.co.uk. You can also email directly.
Please leave out sensitive information about participants. Permissions and secure file sharing come later.
